Responsibilities/Skills :
- Excellent in working directly in a customer service environment.
- Knowledge of Application programming language like Java, PHP
- Knowledge of Database like Oracle, SQL
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS is preferable but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong work ethics as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
