Responsibilities:
- Understand project and campaign specifications and needs of the target consumers
- Conduct user research and testing
- Planing the information hierarchy for websites and lead generation campaigns.
- Create user-centric wireframes and task flows
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Keep abreast of competitor brands, products, best practices, and latest industry trends
Skills:
- Prior experience as a UX Specialist/ Business Analyst/UX Designer/ Web Project Manager
- Strong portfolio of low and high fidelity prototypes
- Background in project management and research
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Proficient in Balsamiq/Axure/Invision
- Knowledge of Design aesthetics and medium proficiency with Adobe Suite
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
- Good communication skills
- Certifications in UX related courses is a plus
