Responsibilities/Skills :
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams.
- Obtain strategic input from concerned teams and express ideas accurately, while ensuring designs meet brand guidelines.
- Create awesome content and amaze the audience with your visuals!
- Take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects
- Create social media posters, feature images for our publication (www.prodwrks.com/insights), and creatives for websites, brochures, and presentations.
- you love creating great designs (that you would be proud of having on your wall)
- Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator and Photoshop skills are a must. Knowledge of InDesign and After Effects is a plus.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Strong conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills
- Candidates with a portfolio of work that showcases these skills will be given preference.
- Experience in a design agency or in-house design experience in a startup is a plus.
