Responsibilities/Skills :

• 3 Years’ Experience as React.JS Developer
• 2 years of Flux or Redux workflows.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web
  pack, NPM, etc.
• Working Knowledge of Github and Linux
• Work in a fast-paced environment and are willing to solve challenges often
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
  requirements
• Self-learner: Team worker as well as ability to develop independently.
• To be able to translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web capable devices and browsers.
• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using
  react concepts.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface
  concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.
• Dig deep when faced with a blocking problem and strives to figure out a scalable
  answer.
• Should have knowledge about Ninja googling techniques to figure out the best
  practices for a particular problem.
