- 1-3 Years of experience in Linux Server Administration.
- Linux trained and certified (RHCE/RHCSA) from a reputed institution.
- Incident, Change and Request management.
- Preparation of Technical documentation.
- Good experience in Linux Administration.
- Good knowledge in bash scripting.
- Experience in ticketing systems.
- Experience in scheduling tools like Control M or UC4 is an added advantage.
- Experience in automation tools like Ansible is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a good team player.
- Flexible, can-do attitude and willing to take responsibility.
- Microsoft tools : Outlook, Word, Excel (Desirable).
- Demonstrably high focus on customer service.
- Eager to learn and update ones knowledge.
- Good to have excellent interpersonal /customer liaison skills.
