Key Performance Indicators Outcalls data assigned and promotes personal loan offer Generates leads for customer interested in Personal loans Tags all calls made on CRM. Pitches end to end information and converts customer for Personal loans/Mortgage load Provide customers with complete product information. Explains the entire documentation process to avail a loan. Complete knowledge of the policy and process Explain in detail the offer available for the customer Provide accurate information on documents required Ensure self-learning by participating in training conducted. Updates himself on the policy and process. Generate good quality leads quality Increases conversion of leads generated Other factors relevant to the job Ability to understand the customer requirement and convert the customer to avail the offer available Deliver clear and accurate information to the customers Show positive attitudes that customers are important Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge: 6 months to 2 years experience as an agent for outbound sales process Polite and professional in verbal skills & good Listening skills Need to have sales experience No. of years of relevant experience: 6 months to 2 years experience as an agent for outbound sales process
